  3. Gay and Grey Montreal respects the right to confidentiality in accordance with privacy legislation and our privacy policy.

  4. Gay and Grey Montreal acts with integrity to provide safer physical and virtual environments.

  5. Gay and Grey Montreal condemns any acts of harassment or unwelcome conduct. Any threats, verbal abuse, violence or unwanted sexual attention should be reported immediately in compliance with our policy on preventing and handling harassment and discrimination.

  6. Gay and Grey Montreal works with responsibility and accountability to comply with guidelines specified by external funders.

  7. Gay and Grey Montreal aims to uphold its mission, values and policies when working with external partners and organizations.
